Product Description
Yunnan has been a tea-producing region for over 1,700 years and the tea plant is thought to have originated in the area. Yunnan black tea , known as "Jin Ya" in China, this rare, top-grade Yunnan is picked in the early spring when the tea plants are budding with the year’s new growth.Yunnan Golden Buds brews a rich, flavorful cup with lingering notes of honey and spice. You can also steep it for as long as you like, it won’t become bitter, just stronger.
Benefits Of Tea
Yunnan black tea is loaded with antioxidants, particularly polyphenols and catechins. Antioxidants have been proven to lower the levels of bad cholesterol, such as LDL, and regulate those that are beneficial for our health. The polyphenols and catechins in black tea reverse the damage caused by free radicals, protecting the cells and DNA, detoxifying the organs and getting rid of inflammation. Additionally, Imperial Yunnan Golden Tip tea contains an amino acid called L-theanine, which is able to enhance our sense of calmness and stress-relief without nullifying any of the energizing benefits provided by the caffeine in Black Tea.
