What is Pai Mu Tan White Tea Yuqian 1st Grade?

Pai Mu Tan tea is a type of white tea made from a single bud and two leaves, which gently unfold in your teapot, resembling the petals of a peony blossom, hence its name. Pai Mu Tan literally means white peony, it is also written as bai mudan. Yuqian means the white peony tea leaves harvested before Gu Yu (Grain Rain).
