What is Shoumei White Tea?
Shoumei literally means Long Noble Life Eyebrow, due to its thin and crescent-shaped leaves that resemble eyebrows, hence its name. Shoumei is a white tea that is produced from naturally withered upper leaf and tips, with a stronger flavor reminiscent of lighter oolong teas.It is plucked later than Bai Mudan.
The shown tea is ShouMei tea 2nd grade, it ranks lower than Shoumei tea 1st grade with later harvest time and more bold and thick white tea leaves.
How to make Shoumei White Tea?
1.3g/150ml.3 grams tea for every 150 ml water
2.temperature about 90℃ (194℉)
3.infuse 1-2 minutes
4.steep 2-3 times is best
