What is Shou Mei White Tea?

Shou mei literally means Long Noble Life Eyebrow, due to its thin and crescent-shaped leaves that resemble eyebrows, hence its name. Shoumei is a white tea that is produced from naturally withered upper leaf and tips, with a stronger flavor reminiscent of lighter oolong teas. It is plucked later than Bai Mudan.

How to make Shou Mei White Tea?

1.3g/150ml.3 grams tea for every 150 ml water

2.temperature about 90℃ (194℉)

3.infuse 1-2 minutes

4.steep 2-3 times is best
