Gynostemma tea, alos named jiaogulan tea, is made of fresh jiao gu lan leaf without any pollution. Gynostemma tea (jiaogulan tea) can improve immunity, regulate endocrine, reduce blood sugar, blood fat and blood pressure.
1. Heat some fresh water just until it reaches the boiling point. Wait to the water cool to about 90°C.
2. Pour some hot water into a small pot, and rinse it out.
3. Add a heaping teaspoon of tea leaves for every cup to the pot.
4. Pour the hot water over the tea leaves.
5. After about one minute, when the smell of Gynostemma tea fills in the air, the tea is ready for drinking. 6. The same tea can be used for about four infusions.
Store in a cool, dry place in an airtight container. Unopened packages can also be frozen to extend shelf-life.
