Brewing Buckwheat tea:
1.Put 1-2 teaspoon black tartary buckwheat tea into the cup.
2.Fill the cup with 8 fl.oz, 95.C (205F) water.
3.Wait 5-6 mins for the tea to cool down and then enjoy.

Storage:
Get sealed and put in the cool cold place. Attention must be paid to: make sure the tea is sealed up, meanwhile can not put together with another odor, in case of taint of odour.
