Gynostemma tea
Gynostemma pentaphyllum is a perennial herbaceous vine, distributed in the vast provinces south of the Qinling Mountains. Gynostemma pentaphyllum contains dozens of saponins, of which 5 saponins have the same structure as ginseng glycosides, and contain a variety of amino acids and trace elements. High medicinal value, people have used it to make all kinds of beverages and health food on the market.
