What does Bitan Piaoxue mean?
Bi Tan Piao Xue is a type of jasmine green tea. Bi Tan Piao Xue means snow flying over a green pond. Bi refers to the green tea color, Tan refers to the tea bowl, while Piao Xue refers to jasmine flowers float to the green tea surface like snow flying. This Jasmine tea is not only fragrant and delicious but also has an ornamental value.
What’re the differences among the Bi Tan Piao Xue Jasmine Tea of different Grade?
There are 3 different grades in my store, here shown is Bi Tan Piao Xue Yuqian 2nd grade, early spring green tea leaves. 5 times scenting plus one time scenting with flowers of richer fragrance. While 1st grade with 7 times scenting plus one time scenting with flowers of richer fragrance. 3rd with 3 times scenting and one time scenting with flowers of richer fragrance.
How to Brew Jasmine Green Tea?
1.3g/150ml.3 grams tea for every 150 ml water
2.temperature about 80℃ (176℉)
3.infuse 1-2 minutes
4.steep 3-4 times is best
