Name: Da Hong Pao Tea (one kind of Oolong Tea)
Other names: Big Red Robe, Scarlet Robe
Origin: Wu Yi Shan, Fujian Province China
Grade : TOP GRADE
Appearance: Traditional looking Oolong tea. Dark and slightly curled tea leaves.
Storage : stored in a dry place and no direct sunshine
Taste: Full bodied tea with a sweet aftertaste that is felt in your throat before the back of your tongue. After a few small Gong Fu cups, the pleasant floral fragrance remains in your mouth, lingering for agood few minutes. Not many tea has the ability to do this.
Brewing Guide: We recommend using purple clay or porcelain tea ware. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water. Fill the teapot half-full with tea leaves. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 95°c (203°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing. Gradually increase steeping time for subsequent brewing.
