羌活的作用

  2. 用于风寒湿邪侵袭所致的肢节疼痛、肩背酸痛，尤以上半身疼痛更为适用。
  3. 用于阳痿遗精，遗尿尿频，腰膝冷痛，肾虚作喘，五更泄泻；外用治白癜风，斑秃。解表散寒，祛风胜湿，止痛。
  4. 解表散寒。主治风寒感冒，恶寒无汗，头痛身痛等症。
  5. 抗过敏作用。
  6. 抗心律失常的作用。
  7. 抗心肌缺血的作用。
其挥发油能对抗脑垂体后叶素引起的急性心肌缺血。另外，羌活挥发油可显著增加心肌营养性血流量，从而改善心肌缺血。
    8，抗休克作用。,
    9， 抗血栓，抗氧化。服用羌活可以预防血栓的形成。有抗脂质过氧化的作用。
   10，其它作用。羌活还有抗癫痫作用；还对子宫颈细胞有一定的抑制作用。

The best tea

I started drinking this tea when I wanted to conceive and it helped my hormones and overall mood so much. I mixed in pineapple juice and apple cider vinegar and chia seeds. It also helps with pms! I love this tea and I swear by it.
