HuangShan is one of China's famous mountain for producing great Green teas and their Mao Feng is certainly one of the best.  HuangShan Mao Feng is one of China's famous green teas, Grown at an elevation of over 800 meters. The higher mountain elevation, with more cloud cover and cooler temperatures, creates the ideal environment for a sweet, succulent leaf.

Green tea caffeine level is lower than coffee, that makes it a good choice for those who find themselves jittery after just one cup of coffee. Drinking a cup of Green tea can help you increase your energy and focus.

How to Brew MaoFeng Green Tea:
1. Rinse tea cup and teapot with hot water.
2. Use about 3.5 - 7 grams of tea leaves (2-3.5 teaspoons) for every 225 ml of water.
3. Steep tea leaves in hot water at 70°c (158°F) to 80°c (176°F) for 1 minute for the first and second brewing.
4. Gradually increase steeping time and temperature for subsequent brewing.
5. Refill when glass is still 1/3 full.

Storage:
Protect against the tide, peculiar smell, keeps in low temperature and refrigerates it.
