We offer a full 30 day return of your purchase(s) The item(s) must be returned in the original packaging and in the same condition as when you received the item(s). In the rare event that your package arrives damaged, we will require photographic evidence to enable us to proceed with a claim against the carrier. Item(s) returned for "purchased by mistake" or for "change of mind" will be refunded the full cost of the item(s) less postage costs which are included in listing price.
SHIPPING
We use Australia Post for all our deliveries. You will receive a tracking number uploaded to eBay and a notification from AP to advise your package has been lodged. Sometimes packages do go missing (we are only human). If this happens we are only to happy to investigate your claim through Australia Post and to obtain a satisfactory outcome for you. Before claiming non-delivery, please check you property to make sure your package has not been left in a safe place by your postie/contractor. All safedrops are now recorded by AP. Check mailbox for card advising pickup from local PO. Make sure no one else in your household has accepted delivery from your postie/contractor. We are responsible for your delivery and will replace/refund your purchase(s) following an investigation by Australia Post (normally about 10 days) to establish the package has been lost.
PAYMENTS
We accept all payments through the eBay managed payments system. Please make payment within four (4) days from date of purchase. Your purchase(s) will be sent the same day up until 1pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
