用方法：
一、将50-80g食用油倒入锅内小火加热，把切碎的鲜蒜瓣、葱、姜末加入锅内小火炒香（注意不要炒糊了）；
二、加入清洗干净的龙虾1000-1500g，翻炒至变色（煮制过程中要均匀搅动龙虾）；
三、放入海底捞200g麻辣小龙虾调料炒匀，再加入350-500g清水、少许啤酒，加盖用中火焖20-30分钟至汤汁收浓，即可出锅装盘即可，一份鲜、香的龙虾便大功告成，尽情享用吧……
